Nail Trim for Florian

Our cutest skunk ever- Florian- needed his nails trimmed. It went really well, due to the patient’s patience, the clipper’s skill, and the tastiness of some berry yogurt. Well done Mary and Florian!!Read more

The son I never had

Dallas has been having an eye issue. He’s seen a couple different veterinarians and he’ll be seeing a specialist, an ophthalmologist, this week. In the meantime we’ve been treating him with a variety of medicines, none of which are easy to give. I can elaborate on his treatment and issue in the future. It’s been a busy few weeks

Check out the quick videos the team got of two of our favorite bears spending someRead more

Pig Physicals Complete

Miss Piggy and Auggie received their annual physical and a clean bill of health from Dr. Mozzachio, who was in checking on our twosome recently. Their annual physical consists of a Rabies vaccine, hoof trimming, teeth check, ear and eye cleaning, and general body assessment. Everything, for both pigs, is wnl (within normal limits), and diet and supplements are to continue as is. I am a huge fan of the pig sling. Makes treating the pigs much easier, which isRead more
